This post is kind of a follow up to yesterday’s post on town names. There were so many town names that the post was longer than anticipated.

Its always fun running across unique street and road names. And then there are the interesting cemetery names as well.

Going Snake Rd. is named after Chief Going Snake, a great Cherokee Orator from the 1850s
