Not just a one off quirky statue somewhere, but hopefully something bigger. Back in October when I visited Route 66 in Illinois, I looked for something interesting to see on the way home. Thanks to my good friends at RoadsideAmerica.com, I was guided to the river town of Chester, Illinois. It sits on a hill overlooking the Mississippi River just across from Missouri.
